Notes Client 12.0.2 (Danube) – “WorkspaceTextColor”

As of HCL Notes 12.0 you can control the text color for the application icon label & server name via the Workspace Properties dialog.

HCL Notes 12.0.2 (Danube) introduces a new notes.ini variable WorkspaceTextColor that stores the selected color in RGB format.

You can use this variable & panagenda Marvel Client to set the color company wide using a notes.ini management action.
