Andre Guirard is currently working with a team to improve DXL and to make it round-trippable as has been occasionally requested by developers.

He is asking for some input from the community:

Please chime in with your prioritized list of the top five or so specific DXL issues. An explanation of how those fixes would affect you/what you would be able to do that you can’t now, would be welcome also.
